We hope you're absolutely happy with your purchase! But if the item isnāt quite what you expected ā no worries. You can return it easily within 14 days of receipt.
š Registering Your Return
To register your return, please send an email to [retour@fleekthelabel.com] with the following information:

Full name used when placing the order

The item you wish to return + size

The reason for return

The size you would like to receive in exchange (weāre happy to advise you on the right size or any other questions)

š© Once we receive your request, youāll get a personal response from us within 24ā48 hours. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
In many cases, we can send you a different size free of charge ā so no need to return the item and your new piece will fit perfectly!
ā Return Conditions

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including labels).

Return shipping costs are your own responsibility.

Exchanged items will be sent to you free of charge.
šø Refunds
Donāt want an exchange? Then weāll refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 working days after we receive your return.
Important: Always register your return first by emailing retour@fleekthelabel.com. You'll receive the correct return form and the correct return address.
If you return an item without registering it first, or send it to the wrong address, we unfortunately cannot process or reimburse your package. Returns sent to the wrong address will not reach us and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Only packages with a completed return form will be processed.

Sale items or mystery bags cannot be exchanged or returned.

Always keep your track & trace information. Without it, we cannot verify or trace your return to ensure proper processing.
