EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

*Note: Items purchased in the SALE cannot be exchanged or returned, for these items you will receive the full amount of store credit that you can spend on the entire website.

• Exchange/return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• We can only process packages with a fully completed return form.
• Keep your track & trace code safe. If a package has not arrived with us, you can check for yourself where your package is.
• We do not accept returns of items with signs of wear such as makeup, stains, odor, or without tags.
• The costs for returning are at your own expense. If you exchange for a different size, we will pay the costs of sending the new item from our office to your home.

During out-of-office periods, your return will be processed when our office is open again. We indicate this on our webshop.
